Wasa Faisalabad


The second-largest city in Punjab and the third-largest city overall in Pakistan in Faisalabad. The City's population has swiftly increased from 70,000 in 1947 to over 3.2 million today. While the River Ravi is about 40 km to the South East, the River Chenab runs roughly 30 km to the North West. With the exception of a few areas close to the Rakh Branch Canal, the groundwater in Faisalabad is quite saline and unfit for human consumption.
